Key Roles and Responsibilities: Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Must be highly reliable and able to work schedule consistently Ability to multi-task while receiving inbound calls Work in a secure and paperless environment Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information. Ability to speak clearly with good verbal communication skills. Ability to record relevant information correctly and completely.
