G3 Innovative Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Development and Capture Lead to support full lifecycle business development efforts within the Defense Information Systems Agency / Department of Homeland Security / Department of Justice (i.e., DISA, JSP, FBI, USACE, etc.) accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of business development, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to developing capture strategies and supporting pre-RFP activities to secure new business.
The individual filling this position will be fully remote. The role requires an ethical approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities, comprehensive business acumen, technical understanding, resourcefulness, and outstanding business relationships. Within this role you will be involved in all facets of supporting business development activities within the company. The role requires a calculated approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities, comprehensive business acumen, technical understanding, resourcefulness, and outstanding business relationships. Work involves identifying and qualifying opportunities, collecting business intelligence, maintaining and expanding business and customer relationships and is accountable for managing the opportunity pipeline and BD lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification and Market Research
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target federal agencies through proactive engagement, market research, and participation in industry events, resulting in an actionable pipeline.
Develop and execute capture strategies, including customer engagement plans, teaming strategies, and win themes.
Maintain and update the account pipeline and pursuit manager, ensuring accurate opportunity information, notes, and status updates.
Leverage your own personal network to expand G3’s partnership portfolio

Compensation : $150,000 - $170,000 annually depending on experience and candidate qualifications
