Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Capture Lead to help drive growth within the Intelligence Community (IC), with a primary focus at IC1, NGA, and NRO. This individual will play a critical role in capturing new opportunities, supporting staffing and proposal efforts across the IC, and rebuilding and strengthening partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Leverage professional networks to uncover and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on both business development and staffing growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities/trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

Capture & Proposal Support:
- Lead and support capture efforts for opportunities at IC1 and across the Intelligence Community.
- Assist in the development of winning proposals by contributing to strategy, writing, and reviews.

On-Site Growth Support:
- Spend time on-site at client locations to directly support growth initiatives and build stronger relationships with stakeholders.

Staffing & Talent Acquisition:
- Support staffing efforts at IC1 to address current and future customer needs.
- Leverage professional networks to identify and recruit top talent for key roles.

Customer & Partner Engagement:
- Rebuild and strengthen existing partnerships and customer relationships at NGA and NRO.
- Position the company for subcontracting opportunities and explore potential for prime contracts within these agencies.
- Attend and represent the company at industry-specific events and meetings, staying informed of key initiatives and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, capture management, and proposal writing within the Intelligence Community, particularly IC1, NGA and NRO.
- Strong understanding of IC operations, priorities, and acquisition processes.
- Established network within IC1, NGA, NRO, and related stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead capture efforts, write persuasive proposals, and deliver measurable results.
- Experience supporting staffing and talent acquisition efforts in a competitive environment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with FS Poly.
