Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will assist Partner Jaclyn Gallian with cases and manage their own caseload with substantial independence. Our firm handles a broad spectrum of cases, ranging from business and commercial disputes, and various civil defense matters including : labor and employment, premises liability, product liability, and tort.

Key Responsibilities Include :
- Draft briefs and pleadings.
- Handle discovery, including written discovery and taking / defending depositions.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis and tackle complex factual and legal issues.
- Represent clients effectively at hearings and trials.
- Engage in business development activities and expand your professional network.
- Collaborate closely with team members and support staff to maintain case flow and client satisfaction.
