Responsibilities
- Actively lead with a positive attitude
- Communicate policy changes, start times, and job objectives to the team
- Maintain a culture of safety
- Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Install, maintain and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns
- Mulch beds and with shredded bark mulch and pine straw
- Track project hours, and/or job receipts
- Operate landscaping equipment
- Keep truck and lot clean
- Perform similar duties
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to lift 40 lbs continuously
- Landscaping Experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc
