Manager in Training Job Responsibilities:
- A strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to communicate effectively promoting our monthly memberships.
- The ability to successfully hire, teach and train new employees.
- The ability to motivate and coach your team as needed.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
- Guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel.
- Maintain focus on growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results.
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
- Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
- Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
- Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
- Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by handling any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
- Emphasis on customer satisfaction and membership retention.
- Basic computer skills.
- Any duties assigned by General Manager or District Manager.

Job Requirements:
- OPEN AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED. Including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of business management practices.
- 1-2 years of management or leadership experience REQUIRED.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
- The ability to be on call if needed.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Travel between locations for training and developmental purposes.
- The ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
