Summary/Objective
The fabrication supervisor directs operations at Plant 2 through development, execution, and continuous improvement of fabrication & assembly processes and strategies. The position ensures increasing levels of customer satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials, and machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages policy deployment in the areas of fabrication, assembly, overall quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, and employee relations.

2. Preferable experience in industrial fabrication.

3. Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development.

4. Provides leadership for problem resolution.

5. Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, on-time delivery.

6. Balances work capacity across the plant.

7. Understand the functionality of maintenance and maintenance planning.

8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

9. Must have strong verbal and written skills.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages all employees of Plant #2. Responsible for the leadership of the employees within the department.

Required Education and Experience:

1. Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Compensation details: 70000-80000 Yearly Salary
