Overview:
The Operations Specialist, reporting into the Director, Operational Excellence is responsible for primarily focusing on route optimization, supporting project roll-outs such as puggers and personalization equipment, support and define Best Practices for operational training on special services, personalization, cremation, CSR functions and Quality Control. Will support improvement and standardization across organizations. This includes using software to run routing scenarios, analyzing data in excel and other programs, managing projects of various scope and coordinating with internal and external personnel to ensure timely completion of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with Facility Managers, Regional Managers and Managing Directors to define routing requirements, understand challenges and long-term strategies
- Procure and analyze data to aid with routing decisions
- Analyze Facility in support of operational efficiencies and workflow support
- Consult with internal and external subject matter experts to develop project scope and User/functional requirements documents
- Manage NetSuite for CAPEX projects including AR/AP functions
- Establish and manage project specific timelines, deliverables, milestones, and qualification requirements
- Where necessary, collaborate with facility and management level stakeholders on project execution tasks
- Support Integration Team in projects that drive synergies and cost savings
- Other duties as required in support of various operational and facility level projects
