Job Description:
As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the financial efficiency of our operations. Your role is integral to our team, ensuring our financial practices support the company’s growth and comply with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and other performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and assist in tax planning and filing.
- Monitor cash flow and manage company budget to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required information for the annual audit.
- Work closely with management to develop financial strategies and plans.
- Recommend improvements to increase financial efficiency and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper in the construction or roofing industry, handling similar scales of financial management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably with experience in construction or roofing industry software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. Certifications such as CPA or CB are advantageous.
- Must have Quickbooks Online experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
