GC Realty is looking for a Painter to handle a variety of painting related projects. This is a position that allows for independence and variety in a well-defined and well-structured environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas along with the ability to communicate daily with our maintenance Dispatcher.

What we offer:

• Hourly compensation of $23 to $27, commensurate to experience

Responsibilities will include but are NOT limited to:

• Painting interior of units (walls, ceiling trim)
• Repair drywall
• Exterior painting and caulking (Decks, porches, trim, soffits and facia)
• Power washing
• Staining

What we need from you:

• At least 10 years of proven Painting experience
• Must have their tools. (Bigger items large ladders will be provided)
• Must know how to use a smartphone, and use our work order platforms
• Must have own automobile and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Honest and able to work in self-directed, minimal supervision.
• Hardworking and flexible hours if necessary.
• Must commit to full-time employment -- not for contractors.
• Able to fill out time cards and track individual man-hours and materials per job.
