Residential Sales Associate

Painter Bros of Greater Chicago is the best in residential and commercial painting. We are looking for a motivated Residential Sales Associate to join our team. We have a great team culture and we strive to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating, Sales, & Marketing
• Customer Service
• Following up with customers
• Maintaining communication with customers through job completion
• Work closely with Paint Crews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Consistently hit weekly goals

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
• Excited about performance-based pay
• Sales & customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented and motivated
• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
