What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Manager - Project Manager position at GCC & Associates LLC?
CM-PMs shall have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field from an accredited University. Professional Experience shall consist of at least seven (7) years of experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, and overall project management activities. Professional experience shall also include demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting construction documents, as well as communicating effectively with project construction team members.
Experience on healthcare projects/facilities is required.
CM-PMs shall be qualified to provide responsibility for the overall management, in terms of technical quality, cost and schedule. They shall maintain daily progress reports and inspection reports and shall lead the inspection and quality assurance team assigned to the project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
