Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Priorities Management: Maximize SC VP and team effectiveness by: 1) Looking 2/4/6 weeks ahead to ensure proper prioritization and minimize surprises. 2) Managing, aggregating, and finalizing content for VP/Staff deliverables (e.g., SALT MOR/HK) to meet commitments. 3) Shaping agendas for VP SC meetings with staff and other business sessions. 4) Provide ongoing flow of information between VP SC and SC staff to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Operating Cadence: Optimize the cadence of meeting in SC, seeking for reducing redundance and effectiveness. Synthesize and summarize critical input (e.g., KPI performance, deal reviews, operating reviews) to support decision making.
- Project Management: Manage the process of idea to execution including progress against action plans, anticipate challenges, and build alignment within SC staff. Provide critical special project leadership and coordination.
- Coordinate Aerospace board and stakeholders' requests and establish standard work for responding to inquiries from the central team (i.e., board meetings, memos, investor presentations, etc.)
- Coordinated resource planning: Key partner with finance and human resources; works closely across SC staff for overall resource planning and budgeting in support of priorities and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 10 years of multidisciplinary experience, i.e. engineering, finance and project management
- Masters degree in business administration
- Aerospace Business and industry domain, strong network across Aerospace business
- Corporate Audit Staff EAM-level experience
- Multi-disciplinary background – direct experience in Finance, Engineering
- Experience connecting across cross functional senior leaders
- Experience in GEA partnering with external consultants and firms
- Experience in project management roles – demonstrated strength
- Experience with senior leader interactions, communications and expectations.
- High level skill to collaborate among Supply Chain functions.
- Previous experience as chief of staff or program management roles.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
