Job Description:
We're looking for someone that has existing experience in the Outdoor Power industry to manage this department. Tractors, mowers, UTVs, etc. Pay is negotiable per years of experience. We're searching for someone that can step in with the experience and knowledge to push the department in the right direction to help our incredible list of customers.
As the Outdoor Equipment Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our parts department. Your main duties will include:
- Managing inventory of outdoor equipment parts
- Processing parts orders for both in-store and helping with online sales
- Ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Keeping accurate records of parts sales and returns
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure we have a wide selection of parts available
- Managing the hours, efficiency and workflow of the parts staff
