Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Duties
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Handle basic HR functions such as onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee financial tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Ensure effective communication within the office and with external parties
- Manage payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Knowledge of basic HR functions and payroll procedures
- Experience in event planning is a plus
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
