Established and growing Independent RIA serving high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele seeks an Operations and Advisor Support Associate to manage the portfolio accounting system, including account setup and maintenance, data integrity oversight, reconciliation, and client reporting.
The Firm provides sophisticated financial advisory and investment management services to high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele.

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience in Investment Operations within an RIA or Wealth Management firm
- Track record of professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tax document experience a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
