- Base Salary : $43,600 - $45,700
- Commission Range : $30,000 - $39,000 (No Cap!)
- Annual Performance Bonus : Up to $3,000
- Annual Employee Appreciation Bonus : Up to $2,000

Master our sales tools & systems to streamline workflows and optimize sales performance.Navigate a fast-paced sales cycle with confidence, agility, and precision.Leverage automation & technology to enhance quoting, follow-ups, and order processing.Strengthen customer relationships through strategic engagement.WHAT We’re Looking For
2-4 years of inside sales experience (technical sales or industrial preferred).Tech-savvy mindset : comfortable using CRM systems, automation tools, and digital workflows.Strong adaptability : able to pivot quickly and learn new tools and strategies with ease.Meticulous attention to detail in order processing and sales execution.Competitive drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.Excellent communication & negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.WHY US?
