Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for new projects
- Review and interpret technical requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for electrical systems
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in project planning and scheduling
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues
- Conduct tests and assessments to validate system performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and contractors
- Lead the implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient electrical solutions
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical system design and development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design software
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of power distribution and control systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in sustainable and energy-efficient electrical solutions
- Certification or licensure in Electrical Engineering is a plus
- Thorough understanding of electrical testing and validation
