Tile: Data Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid 3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Required:
- Assist in end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end, while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures, and performance metrics
- Proven record of being able to manage multiple project efforts at the same time
- Provides clear and concise written and verbal communication for project status and escalates appropriately to ensure timely removal of roadblocks
- Ability to dissect technical problems, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions
- Strong experience with synthesizing input from multiple sources into business requirements, standards, and/or guidelines
- Lead or participate in moderately complex programs and initiatives for data quality, governance, and metadata activities
- Design and conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality, data integrity, process, and control gaps
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
