Position Overview
The Salesforce OmniStudio Business Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that align with government regulations and standards. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Solution Design : Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and adhere to government regulations.
- Government Compliance : Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with relevant government regulations, standards, and security protocols.
- User Story Development : Create detailed user stories and process flows to guide development efforts.
- Testing and Validation : Participate in testing activities, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- User Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce processes and workflows.
- Collaboration : Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $102,000 - $132,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
