Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Salesforce solutions, particularly within federal government projects. This role involves working closely with multiple Scrum teams to develop and implement OmniStudio-related applications.
Responsibilities
- Solution Development : Collaborate with Scrum teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
- Configure and Customize : Configure and customize OmniStudio components to meet specific business requirements.
- Integration : Integrate OmniStudio solutions with other Salesforce components, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve OmniStudio issues and errors.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and OmniStudio technologies and best practices.
- Government Compliance : Ensure all solutions comply with relevant government regulations and standards.
- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
- Support : Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
