Compensation and Benefits
The final compensation is $18.00 per hour, determined by individual qualifications and experience.
Typical Work Schedule
Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm.

Join our dynamic organization as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President, where you will play a vital role. Provide administrative support to the President of Hayden Power Group by planning, prioritizing, and organizing diversified workload.
Duties and Responsibilities Essential to the Job of an Executive Administrative Assistant – including the following and any other duties that may be assigned as needed :
Front Office Responsibility : Spend 90% of the time at the front desk, answering phones, screening and greeting visitors or candidates, directing them to their destination, preparing and serving beverages, and arranging meals for meetings.Executive Support : Provide support to the President, including managing their schedule / calendar, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, reviewing emails, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, and handling other correspondence. Provide support to the Executive Team.Communication Liaison : Act as a liaison between the President and other executives, employees, and clients, ensuring clear and efficient communication.Travel Coordination : Arrange travel plans for the President, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.Event Planning : Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are managed.Document Preparation : Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings attended by the President when applicable.Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Office Management : Oversee the administrative functions of the executive office, including maintaining office supplies, managing mailings and ensuring equipment is operational. Maintain company phone extension / mobile directory and distribute to office staff, as required.Industry Award Applications : Prepare industry award applicationsExpense Management : Maintain and submit the President's credit card receipt and expenses as well as those of other management members when requested.Departmental Assistance : Assist other departments as neededSpecial Projects : Participate in and work independently or within a team on ongoing or special projects.Requirements :
Educational / Work Experience / Certifications
Minimum of 4 years prior experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management.Demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Background in the construction industry a plus.Skills / Abilities

Office position, primarily sedentary; frequent computer use. However, some filing is expected, which requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.Special Requirements
