Essential Duties would include:
Routine maintenance in all buildings to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
Various maintenance projects as needed to maintain our high standards.
Building inspection compliance for Fire and safety
Trash removal
Routine service of shop air compressors
Routine service of HVAC
Basic Landscaping and upkeep
Snow removal and plowing
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Salary : $18 - $22
