Are you detail oriented with a background in automotive payroll ? We?re looking for a dedicated Corporate Payroll and Benefits Admin to join our exceptional team. This role offers the opportunity to support our mulitple delaership locations with percision with payroll and benefits information.
Position: Corporate Payroll and benefits Admin
Location: Georgica Auto Holdings Corporate office based out of Princeton NJ
Your Role:
Confidenitality: Responsible to keeping the confidentiality of information within the department. Ensuring confidentiality regarding information and ensuring compliance with laws and procedures.
Prompt & Effective Communication: Answering employee and manager inquires in a timely manner while providing accurate and consistent information.
Maintaining Records: Keeping up to date employee records including information on compensation, employee leaves, and medical records.
Processing and meeting deadlines : Process payrolls for different states, wages, and wage types, and frequencies. Process and audit employee / employer benefits.
What We?re Looking For:
Experience: 5 years of automotive payroll experience preferred with knowledge of payroll systems. Experience with PaychexFlex is a plus.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Attributes: Self-motivated with an enthusiastic presence in a team environment, strong written and communication skills, and a consistent work history.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with a strong work ethic.
