As an Acquisitions Manager, you are the source for generating more inventory, with a better selection and ultimately helping the dealership sell more vehicles.
No automotive experience necessary.
Responsibilities :
- Direct outreach to customers via phone, email and text
- Engage with customers and set appointments for showroom visits
- Provide customers with live market data on their vehicle
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
