Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Getz Industrial Cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Must be experienced in phone etiquette and will be required to complete a typing test. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required. Compensation will be determined by experience. Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Getz Fire Equipment Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Responsibilities
- Job Costing
- Invoicing
- Scheduling
- Creating reminder cards
- Customer communication to remind them of upcoming appointments and delinquent invoices
- Updating and scanning completed paperwork into the database
- Upload reports to fire departments
Qualifications
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Microsoft Suite experience
- Customer service experience
