You will also manage the Non Disclosure Agreement and customer onboarding processes for the Sales team.

We are seeking a full-time, hybrid employee, based out of either the Dulles, Atlanta or San Jose office. Occasional travel and weekend/evening hours may be required.

Responsibilities
Bid creation:
- Develop bid strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders from Sales, Business Lines, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the bid process, including establishing and ensuring proposal quality, assigning and managing tasks, and adhering to submission deadlines.
- Support the writing and editing of proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
- Aid in identifying and mitigating risks associated with submissions, in collaboration with risk, legal and compliance departments and other stakeholders.
- Support the end-to-end pricing and calculation process in accordance to internal guidelines.
- Driving the end-to-end approval process taking into account the existing approval matrix.
- Help to maintain the offer knowledge repository and reporting, and facilitate internal and external reviews of the bid process.
- Assist in standardizing templates and maintaining proper storage of proposal documents and approvals.
- Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders in sales, business lines, controlling, tax, insurance, compliance, risk management and deal desk.
- Manage the NDA and customer onboarding processes to allow for proper quoting, product/service delivery and invoicing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and extreme attention to detail necessary for writing, editing and formatting assignments and technical information.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment that requires balancing multiple assignments simultaneously on a daily basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as appropriately participate in a team and manage deliverables as required.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels from diverse cultures and with varying degrees of technical competency.
- Proficiency with multiple software programs: Microsoft Office required and experience with Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and Salesforce a plus.
