What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Equestrian Director position at Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania?

We have amazing summer camp programs where girls learn about equestrian care and skills, all in a beautiful outdoor setting. You'll be working with other staff to teach girls how to be strong leaders, and know that you've made a difference in their lives.
The Assistant Horseback Riding Director works with the Horseback Riding Director to supervise the horseback riding staff and to plan and direct the riding program in a manner that results in a challenging and safe experience.
Position will run from early June to early August at Camp Skymeadow in Avonmore, PA. This seasonal senior level position requires living on-site and includes pre-camp training, room and board. Interested applicants must be at least 21 years old and pa background checks are required.
