Ophthalmology practice seeking an administrative assistant to help with various aspects of a growing practice in support of the management team.
Applicant should possess quality customer service and communication skills, be highly organized, and have great attention to detail.
Job responsibilities will include office supply inventories and orders, correspondence with various vendors, assistance with HR paperwork, and support with other administrative tasks.
Must have great computer and software skills, including Excel.
Medical Office experience is preferred, but not required.
