Job Title:Administrative Assistant
Location: Irving, TX 75039
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 05:00PM (45hrs/Week)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- No extensive lifting, standing, or walking involved.
- This job is at a large Corporate Headquarters
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and have excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service skills from a professional office space will help.
- Must have previous receptionist experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for greeting, interacting with, and helping people all day.
- Answering inbound calls at the receptionist desk.
- Updating daily activities as instructed.
- Required to walk and check the lobby throughout the day
- Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
- Issues facility access cards to employees.
- Schedules meeting rooms for all.
- Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events.
- Responsible for the timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists
- Issuing of the Company Loaner Cell Phones.
- Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.)
- Performs PC Support and light administrative duties.
