Manufacturing Production Associate

Description

The role involves working as a Production Associate, requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience in a production environment. You will have the opportunity to work in two shifts: either from 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm. Candidates with prior production experience, trade school education, or experience in electronics or mechanical assembly will find this position particularly advantageous.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Uphold a clean and well-maintained work environment, adhering to established maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Evaluate raw materials and inventory levels, promptly notifying supervisors when inventory is running low.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
