We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Sales Associate to join our team. As a Call Center Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping our clients reach their financial goals. Responsibilities:-
-Work with our elite mortgage loan consultants and pre-qualify homeowners for mortgage Loans.
-Perform a heavy volume of inbound phone duties, including contacting and transferring clients to appropriate parties.
-Hit daily quotas for both personal and team
-Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application
-Assist customers in the loan application process, providing information and guidance on loan options
-Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness
-Various growth opportunities

Experience:
- Familiarity with sales is advantageous

Expected hours: around 40 hours per week
Weekly day range:
Monday through Friday am 8:00am am to 5:00 pm
