Global Harvest Foods has an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-starting individual to join our team working as a Sales Order Analyst connected to our business with Menard’s in Eau Clair, WI. This individual will develop our overall sales opportunities. Responsibilities include sales trend, inventory optimization, and other activities to expand sales with the customer.
Sales Order Analyst Primary Responsibilities
- Collect and review data for sales trends to solicit sales orders.
- Analyze other relevant information and develop recommendations to drive sales orders.
- Monitor exception reports to monitor SKU replenishment to generate sales orders as required.
- Recommend category inventory levels to optimize sales orders with a goal to ensure maximum turn and in-stock position.
- Generate and adjust sales orders daily to maximize sales.
- Passing inquiries and complaints to other relevant departments.
- Maintain effective working relationships with Menards employees to promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the Company.
- Travel at least one day a month to Menard’s locations in an effort to maximize sales order volume.
- Menards requires the analyst to work onsite in their corporate headquarters.
- Work with various GHF departments to ensure the order fulfillment process is exceeding target service levels.
Sales Order Analyst Experience
- Experience interfacing between a supplier and a customer to maximize sales opportunities.
- Experience in animal or pet food markets is helpful.
Sales Order Analyst Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
- Possess intermediate level math skills.
- Commits to the highest standards of moral and legal conduct.
- Acts fairly in all business dealings.
Sales Order Analyst Education, Licenses & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
