What you’ll do:
· Facilitate training sessions and classes, be prepared to adapt the information for various learners in one on one or group settings.
· Travel 50-75% of the time with frequent overnight travel required to visit locations, open franchise locations, and conduct onsite training.
· Serve as a role model in respect to attendance, conduct, attitude, and job performance.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for training related questions and needs.
· Other duties as assigned.
Things to keep in mind:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Must have at least 2 years of previous restaurant leadership experience
· Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in training and developing others
· Must possess excellent customer service skills, be patient, flexible, and detail-oriented
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
· Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and maintain a professional image
· Must be reliable and have regular attendance to obtain company objectives
Things that are good to have:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
· Working knowledge of Excel and Word
· POS system experience
· QSR audit experience preferred
· C-store experience a plus

Salary : $51,400 - $56,100
