What You Will Do:
- Provides accurate and detailed administrative support to Property Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operation of assigned property
- Provides GCI worthy customer service with the goal of retaining customers for life
- Seek to understand and identify the needs of the residents, answering questions and resolving issues as they arise
- Answers phones, takes messages and directs callers as appropriate
- Participates in rent collection process
- Prepare and distribute notices for residents
- Verifies utility account information for new and current residents
- Packages move-out files and generates move-out condition reports
- Coordinates move in, move outs with Maintenance Department
- Performs other duties as directed or assigned
What We Need:
- Strong focus on customer service required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- A skilled problem solver and self-motivated
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two or more years administrative and/or customer service experience, preferably in property management
- Experience with residential property management software preferred
