This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing support to our cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments with clients and our cleaning team.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about our services, pricing, and special offers.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the cleaning team as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
