Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations to collect essential case information and assess legal needs.
• Evaluate potential cases for eligibility, delivering accurate legal information in compliance with firm protocols.
• Foster strong client relationships through empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.
• Document and organize client information meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Address client inquiries and manage follow-ups to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
