Position: Membership Sales Manager
Location: The Pinnacle Club, downtown Augusta, GA
Goodwill Middle Georgia was founded in 1975 and in addition to our well known retail stores, we are proud sponsors to Helms College and Edgars Hospitality Group with venues and locations in both Augusta and Macon. Edgar’s Hospitality Group operates venues that provide experiential learning opportunities for students of Helms College.
We have a unique opportunity to join our team at one of our EHG venues, The Pinnacle Club, as a Membership Sales Manager. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of programs, projects and activity designed to increase and retain club membership.

Position Requirements
- Proven record of strong sales performance, preferably in the setting of a private club environment.
- Bachelors Degree
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills. Including technical literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; outgoing personality with ability to engage/foster relationships with existing and potential members, employee partners and other community leaders.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity and organizational skills
- Passion for maintaining a standard of high quality customer/member service and a continuous commitment to exceed expectation.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule that align with club industry hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to recognize the importance of contributing in a team environment and the problem solving skills and communication skills to be successful in that.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
