Position Summary : Donor Services Supervisors have direct supervision of all hourly staff who have access to the Attended Donation Center (ADC). They have responsibility with regard to total ADC supervision on a daily basis to meet the needs of the site and its donors.
Hourly Rate : $18.13 - $19.71 per hour
Location : Attended Donation Center in Graham, WA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The Donor Services Supervisor responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned :
- Performs all opening and closing procedures and responsibilities
- Ensure that the site is maintained at or above an acceptable level
- Ensure the LP Audits are maintained at an acceptable level
- Oversees supply management and ordering processes to ensure smooth site operations.
- Ability to delegate work to appropriate employees.
- Ensures building and functions are properly maintained; submits and monitors maintenance requests
- Ensure security and safety systems are in working order, including but not limited to door locks, alarms, and incident reports

Computer Skills : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and comfort using a computer, mouse, keyboard, 10-key, and touchscreen. Ability to move through various screens in multiple software and use web-based platforms with ease.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations : Valid First-Aid / CPR card which meets OSHA and WISHA standards (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Physical Demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Will constantly lift 1-15 pounds, frequently lift 15-20 pounds, and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Work Environment : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
