IT Director Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in an IT leadership role
Minimum 3 years of proficient experience with Microsoft Business Central for accounting and Power Platform
Minimum 2 years of proficient experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform and AccuLynx systems
Dynamics 365 certification
Exceptional communication skills paired with an aptitude for solving complex problems
Teamwork mentality for collaboration and working cohesively with co-workers
IT Director Key Responsibilities :
Spearhead the deployment, configuration, and personalization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform alongside the AccuLynx system
Oversee the seamless integration of Microsoft Business Central for Accounting, guaranteeing an efficient and uninterrupted flow of financial data
Provide technical support and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, address system-related issues promptly, and foster a culture of system utilization and adoption
Engage in collaborative efforts with essential stakeholders to extract critical information and devise strategic solutions that bolster customer relations and optimize our business workflows
Take charge of implementing and maintaining stringent software security protocols and access controls to safeguard the organization's digital assets
Create, update, and preserve a repository of internal documentation and instructional materials to support the IT infrastructure
