What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Office Assistant position at Gorman Management Company?
Help a busy office stay organized! Please know Microsoft Office, be able to learn the basics of a new software, and know how to operate a multi-line phone. Tasks include distributing notices, filing, preparing bills, inspecting units, entering work orders and other helping the manager as needed. Customer service skills are a must, experience with senior clients a plus. This is a PT position, Monday - Friday 10:00-2:00 with some flexibility on scheduling.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
