Scope Of Work Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the construction of high-quality commercial projects, including churches, schools, hospitals, and other diverse projects.
• Lead and coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the community.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, 5 years.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and the community.
• OSHA certification and other relevant credentials.
