About the Role
As an FFT Supervisor, you will guide a team of up to seven therapists in delivering Functional Family Therapy (FFT)—a highly effective, evidence-based intervention for at-risk youth and their families. Your role will include overseeing referrals, managing caseloads, and ensuring treatment is implemented with fidelity to the FFT model. You’ll also provide direct care to a smaller caseload of clients, maintaining hands-on experience while coaching and mentoring your team.
Location: Macon, GA
Compensation:
- Licensed eligible - starting at $55,022
- Fully Licensed - starting at $61,732
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:
- Oversee a team of up to seven FFT therapists, ensuring caseloads of 10–12 clients per therapist.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for therapists and their clients in the event of a crisis.
- Facilitate individual and group supervision to foster professional growth and collaboration.
- Direct Client Care:
- Maintain a caseload of 4–6 clients, conducting weekly sessions and creating treatment plans.
- Engage families and key participants in active, change-oriented therapy.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, develop safety plans, and monitor treatment progress.
- Program Oversight:
- Ensure team utilization rates meet or exceed 85% of the target.
- Review and approve therapist assessments, case documentation, and treatment plans.
- Monitor treatment fidelity through session recordings, field visits, and supervision feedback.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Participate in FFT training and consultation activities, integrating feedback into your supervisory approach.
- Develop and update supervisor and clinician development plans quarterly.
- Facilitate team meetings, case management discussions, and collaborative planning with referral sources and community partners.
- Data and Compliance:
- Manage clinical outcomes and program data.
- Ensure adherence to the FFT model, as measured by Tri-Yearly Performance Evaluations (TYPE).
Location
This position is based in Macon, GA, with flexibility to cover additional locations, including Bibb, Muscogee, Lowndes, and Dougherty counties.
