Key Responsibilities :
- Greeting and Seating Guests : Welcome guests with a warm smile, manage reservations, and seat guests promptly.
- Reservation Management : Assist with managing the reservation system and ensure accurate seating arrangements.
- Guest Relations : Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Managing Wait Times : Notify guests of wait times and keep them informed about the status of their table.
- Support Front-of-House Operations : Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operation of the dining room.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Organization : Keep the host stand and waiting area clean and organized.
