Job Summary for the Assistant Program Director:
The Assistant Program Director is responsible for the coordination and implementation of daily programming in the Assisted Living or Memory Care Program as designated. Under the direction of the Social Program Director (SPD), this person also assists in monthly calendar development, the dining experience (Avita only), environmental safety and cleanliness. The Assistant Program Director delivers services to the residents as needed and works collaboratively with the Resident Care Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the geriatric field. PSS certification desired, or willingness to obtain. (Paid for by Northbridge)
