About the Role

As the first point of contact for visitors and candidates, youll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience at our office. Youll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Team to ensure interviews run smoothly, schedules stay on track, and candidates feel valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check in interview candidates with a warm and professional demeanor
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in managing interview schedules and confirming appointments
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain an organized front desk area and provide administrative support as needed
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other office tasks

What Were Looking For:

- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mindset
