Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing construction blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
Job Description - Commercial Plumbing Estimator
· Detail orientated, self-motivated individual capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
· Utilize Trimble on-screen digital takeoff to produce an accurate labor and material cost estimate of all plumbing systems.
· Communicate timely with vendors and manufacturers reps to obtain pricing to compile a comprehensive project estimate.
· Evaluate all quotes to insure they are comprehensive and conform to the project specifications.
Preferred Skills
· Years’ Experience 3
· Trimble digital estimating software experience.
· Field experience in commercial plumbing.
· Ability to comprehend project specifications and construction drawings.
· Understanding and working knowledge of the diversity of piping systems as well as various connection methods and where they can be best utilized to meet code.
· Effectively communicate with vendors, subs, and other team members.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong computer skills.
· Ability to prioritize.
· Dependable

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
