Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check patients in and out , ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately
- Provide information about patients
- Handle patients inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Assist with appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of patient's information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably clinic setting or hospital
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software and phone systems
