Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple companies and accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple accounts and priorities. Duties:
· Maintain accurate financial records for multiple companies
· Record and categorize all financial transactions, including accounts playable and receivable
· Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records regularly
· Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation and filing
· Monitor budgets and provide financial insights to support decision making
· Work collaboratively with business owners, accountants, and stakeholders
· Stay up to date on industry trends and bookkeeping best practices
Skills:
· Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably managing accounts for multiple companies.
· Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Suite
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Certification in bookkeeping preferred, but not required
