Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls for our businesses.
- Daily outbound calls to customers, both meeting and exceeding goals.
- Heavy phone and email customer contact, with an increased caseload over time.
- Follow up on assessments.
- Follow up on unsold sales proposals.
- Verifying the overall customer experience exceeded expectations.
- Act as a liaison between customers and sales reps.
- Provide sales marketing materials to customers.
